At Harmova, we offer quality dietary supplements. In accordance with European regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, as well as a commercial warranty specific to Harmova.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN COMPLIANCE)
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of your order, without having to justify a reason. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@myharmova.com. The refund will be made within 14 days following receipt of the return.
2. HARMOVA COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
In addition to your right of withdrawal, Harmova offers a commercial warranty "Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" valid for 30 days upon receipt. We will refund you 50% of the amount of a product, whether used or not.
This warranty is limited to only one refund request per customer. To activate it, write to us at contact@myharmova.com with your order number.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
For hygiene and safety reasons, products opened and consumed can only be refunded up to 50% through our commercial guarantee. Products in promotion or sale items are not refundable (except for defects).
4. RETURN PROCEDURE
We will provide you with the return address by email directly.

We recommend using a carrier with a tracking number. Return shipping fees are not reimbursed.
5. REFUND TIMEFRAME
Once the return is received and inspected, we will inform you by email. If approved, the refund (full or partial) will be made within 7 to 14 business days via the original payment method.

6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days with supporting photos at contact@myharmova.com. We will proceed with a replacement or refund at no cost.
